RTI International (www.rti.org) est une organisation internationale indépendante, à but non lucratif, qui se consacre à l’amélioration de la condition humaine en offrant des services pluridisciplinaires d’assistance technique et de recherche satisfaisant aux normes de performance professionnelle les plus élevées. Avec un effectif mondial de plus de 5000 personnes, RTI offre des services de recherche et développement (R&D) innovantes et multidisciplinaires.

RTI International cherche des candidats professionnels pour un projet prévu fondé par l’USAID en Guinée, qui aura une durée de 5 ans et un budget de $50M USD. Tous les postes offerts ci-dessous sont plein-temps et sont basés en Guinée.

Knowledge Management Director (Directeur/Directrice de la gestion des connaissances) : Il/elle collectera, organisera, et diffusera les documents de référence et les informations à jour pour l’équipe technique. Il/elle collaborera avec l’équipe technique pour soutenir le développement de matériel technique. Qualifications : Master avec 10 ans d’expérience ou une licence avec 12 ans d’expérience.

MERLA Director (Directeur/Directrice du suivi, évaluation, recherche, apprentissage) : Il/elle concevra, gérera, et mettra en œuvre le plan de suivi-évaluation et le programme d’apprentissage du projet, et soutiendra l’équipe dans la rédaction de données de suivi, d’évaluation et de recherche de qualité à partir des activités du projet. Qualifications : Master avec 10 ans d’expérience ou une licence avec 12 ans d’expérience.

HSS Advisor (Conseiller/Conseillère en renforcement des systèmes de santé) : Il/elle dirigera et gérera la prestation technique et opérationnelle des activités au niveau régional, y compris tous les travaux dans les districts concernés, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe technique nationale pour identifier et déployer les spécialistes aux districts. Qualifications : Master avec 6 ans d’expérience ou une licence avec 8 ans d’expérience.

HMIS Advisor (Conseiller/Conseillère en système d’information de gestion de la santé) (x2) : Il/Elle collaborera avec les parties prenantes du système HMIS et les groupes de travail techniques pour aider le ministère de la Santé à améliorer la qualité et l’utilisation globale des données HMIS dans les établissements et au niveau du district. Qualifications : Master avec 6 ans d’expérience ou une licence avec 8 ans d’expérience.

Spécialistes techniques et opérationnels : Regional HSS Manager, Multi-Sectoral, Strategic Information, MNCH, Democracy and Governance, Data Analyst. Qualifications : Master avec 3 ans d’expérience ou une licence avec 5 ans d’expérience.
