APPEL A MANIFESTATION D’INTERET

  1. Dans le cadre de la coopération entre l’Etat Guinée et l’Allemagne, la GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH) Guinée, à travers son Programme Santé de la Reproduction et de la Famille (PSRF) souhaite recruter une entreprise évoluant dans les travaux de BTP pour des travaux de génie civil dans les villes de Faranah et Kindia.
  1. Les travaux consisteront à :
  2. Lot N°1 : Extension/Rénovation de la salle d’accouchement du centre de santé urbain abattoir à Faranah ;
  1. Lot N°2 : Construction du laboratoire à l’hôpital régional de Kindia ;
  1. Les prescriptions techniques, les plans, les résultats attendus seront définis en détail dans un dossier d’appel d’offres (DAO).
  1. L’entreprise recherchée doit être une structure qualifiée et de bonne moralité, ayant une expérience dans le domaine de la construction (BTP).
  1. Les entreprises intéressées doivent indiquer sur l’enveloppe le numéro du ou des lots qui les intéressent et fournir à la GIZ les informations démontrant qu’elles sont qualifiées et disposent d’une expérience dans le BTP, la construction/rénovation pour exécuter les services demandés en joignant les documents suivants :
  1. Une copie légalisée du RCCM
  2. Une copie légalisée du quitus fiscal et CNSS
  3. Une copie légalisée du certificat de non-faillite
  4. Une Copie légalisée de l’attestation AGUIPE
  5. CV actualisé et diplôme légalisé d’au moins trois personnes qui seront impliquées dans le processus 
  6. Des attestations/certificats de bonne exécution justifiants l’exécution d’au moins trois contrats similaires avec des grandes sociétés ou institutions nationales et internationales
  7. Toutes informations jugées pertinentes.
  1. La GIZ établira, sur la base des réponses du présent appel à manifestation d’intérêt, une analyse comparative des offres qui désignera l’entreprise avec laquelle un contrat de prestation sera élaboré et signé.
  1. Les critères d’éligibilité, et la procédure de sélection seront conformes aux procédures de la GIZ. Il est à noter que l’intérêt manifesté par une entreprise n’implique aucune obligation de la part de la GIZ de conclure un contrat avec ce dernier.
  1. Les manifestations d’intérêt rédigées en langue française et portant clairement le numéro du ou des lots accompagné de la mention «MANIFESTATION D’INTERET POUR TRAVAUX DE GENIE CIVIL», doivent parvenir (dépôt physique) à la GIZ du lundi au vendredi de 9h00 à 13h00 et au  plus tard le Mardi 21 Avril 2020 à 12 heures locales de Conakry aux adresses mentionnées ci-suivant : Bureau de la GIZ à Conakry, DI.256 Corniche Nord, Cité Ministérielle/Commune de Dixinn – BP : 4100, Conakry, République de Guinée ; Email : giz-guinea@giz.de
